The department store has several drivers who drive the delivery trucks. At the end of each day they must fill out a delivery report that takes between five and ten minutes. The preparation of this report has been a frequent source of conflict between the administration and the drivers. Many times they forget to fill out the report properly or delay it, for which the supervisors reprimand and/or threaten them. A supervisor thinks there must be a better way to motivate them to fill them out correctly; but he does not know for sure what would be the best method to follow.
