THE DEVELOPMENT OF REFLECTIVE PRACTICE

1. There are many models of reflective practice, however, they all share the same basic aim of obtaining the best results from our experiences. Using a reflective model of your choice, keep a reflective journal and write a minimum of six (6) entries reflecting on your experience as a teacher, or student-teacher enrolled in this course. Your reflections should be based on the following but are not limited to:

1. The importance of being a reflective practitioner
2. A description of the preferred reflective model
3. Rationale for selecting the model
4. A thorough reflection using the preferred reflective model. Each stage of the selected model can be used as a subheading.
5. Conventions and presentation
