The different goals of the various stakeholders in the Tintaya Mine case caused the following to occur:

a$.$ an imbalance of power leading one party to gain an advantage in the transaction.

b$.$ an opportunity for the government to take kickbacks and capitalize on the situation.

c$.$ a mutually beneficial outcome for all parties.

d$.$ an alignment between organizational practices and the needs of various groups.
