Your Compliance department currently occupies the 20^thfloor of the building.The project is to relocate the whole department to the 4^thfloor of the same building and benefit from the lower lease rate of a lower floor!It also provides you with the opportunity to reorganize the office for more efficient workflow.The move must be completed by the end of 2020 since the space has been leased to another company.You are to complete the move with no extra budget besides that of moving expenses.The new space is 50 square meters smaller than your existing location.
