The Director of the School hired a Bus for the Field Trip scheduled for Saturday the 4th of November 2023. At 9:30 am on that stated Saturday, 50 students had come to the School campus and were waiting for the trip. They left the Law School campus at exactly 10:00 am. The Driver of the Bus Mr Speedo Wakafast was going at 120 kilometres per hour as against the official speed of 80 kilometres. When they got after Masiaka, Wakafast was going at 150 kilometres per hour while the students were busy eating, singing and shouting. The heavy rain storm and the flashy thunder were frightening such that visibility became low. Wakafast still sped at 150 kilometres per hour when they got to Rogbere Bridge. Wakafast missed track into the bridge and plunged the Bus into the Gbere River. As the vehicle was going down, he came out quickly and hung on the bridge's railings. The Bus went down the river, killing all the students, the Director and 5 female support staff for the School and for the country. After the funeral of those who perished, the parents, spouses and other relatives of those who have perished came to you for advice
