Notice of Annual General Meeting Notice is hereby given that the AGM of Blue Mount Coffee Ltd. for the year ended 31st of December 2019 will be held at the Jamaica Conference Centre, Downtown Kingston, on 25 th of March 2020 at 4:30 p.m. for the transaction of the following business: Ordinary Business:

1. To receive and consider the report of directors and the audited financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2019 with the report of the auditors thereon

. 2. To appoint auditors Proxies: Members of the company eligible to attend and vote at the meeting are entitled to appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote instead of them. By Order Of the Board John Black Secretary On the 13th of March, the Prime Minister of Jamaica in response to the COVID-19 pandemic banned all gatherings in any public place in excess of 10 persons at a time, and each person at such a gathering should maintain a distance of 3 feet from other persons' effective March 25, 2020
