The display of culture can impact professionals and people's careers greatly. When it comes to looking for a company or organization that you would want to work for you need to find a place that will help you financially and it will also have a good culture. I would look for a culture that really focuses on encouraging innovation and collaboration between teams and team members. With IT being a field that is always changing it's more and more important to work on fast and effective communication between employees and managers. Along with making communication fast and efficient, it will also instill a level of knowledge-sharing and teamwork that another company wouldn't be able to replicate. Another point of a culture that you should look for is a culture of positivity and inclusion. This will create a sense of community and creativity among the workers there and lead to better outcomes throughout the company but most importantly for us, it should also lead to better outcomes in IT projects and successes.
