The employee files in the training room are in desperate need of some reorganization. Specifically, the confidential cabinet needs updating. Please take out all records of employees who are no longer with the company (i.e., due to layoffs, resignations, etc.) and file those records in the archive cabinet (located in the reception closet). While reorganizing the confidential cabinet, please be aware of the private nature of the records. If you leave the training room to take a break or answer the phone, make sure that all files are in the cabinet and the cabinet is locked. According to the task:

A. All the records of current employees must be taken out and filed in the archive cabinet. 

B. While reorganizing the archive cabinet, the person performing the task should make sure the cabinet is locked when he/she leaves the training room. 

C. The employee reorganizing the confidential cabinet should be aware of any suspicious personnel entering the training room. 

D. Files of employees no longer with the company should be removed from the confidential cabinet.
