Discuss the state's duty not to interfere with the enjoyment of socio-economic rights of individuals as alluded in the case of President of the Republic of South Africa and Another v Modderklip Boerdery (Pty) Ltd 2005 (5) SA 3 (CC). 15 marks Explain whether or not section 7(2) of the Constitution imposes a duty on private individuals to promote the realisation of socioeconomic rights on behalf of fellow citizens.
