The ethical challenge I believe I would face and have and I have witnessed and experienced when I was a manager is having too much empathy. Although I have empathy it gets to where I have hyper empathy to where I care too much. I believe this hinders becuase this causes unneccessary stress as well as burnout as time goes on. Rather than having too mych empathy a person can have a leaders conpassion that is sincere and genuine for their personal circumstances. When you have a compassion with motivation for each person helps the leader to be successful. I feel this is something I need to work on, I could do so for a better leadership experience. Having too much empathy will sacrifice the needs as a leader. I had an employee that suffered with mental health and had a hard time most days. I was very empathetic to her and this caused stress for me that the job wouldn't get done. I also put strain on the rest of my team having to pick up the slack that was created. If I had an employee who was unable to be at work and needed accomadations I would do
