The ethical situation is that the law firm is doing the billing inaccurately where they just let me had my own thing until I reach the goal of my billing requirements with corresponding hours that has been set for me as their employee without proper management on what should be my particular task or job in the workplace. They just only motivating me to do my job, complete the 1800 hours and get my pay then do it regularly without also hearing my opinion or take about which I think is not healthy from my stand point
