The European Union (EU) administered a regime for the importation of bananas into it's territories.Several challenges were made to the regime, even before the formal establishment of the World Trade Organization (WTO).In all of the cases the GATT panel and the WTO Dispute Settlement Boddy (DSB) the regime was found to be in breach of provisions of the WTO laws.Using the FIRAC model do a case report.
