The F statistic which is 41.397 in the ANOVA table is used to test the overall effect of education on systolic blood pressure. If the p-value associated with this F statistic is less than the significance level (0.05), we reject the null hypothesis and conclude that there is a significant difference in mean systolic blood pressure across at least two of the education categories.
