Bella, Ken's sister, wanted to do a sky jump and parachute to earth to celebrate her twenty-rst birthday. On the day of the jump, Bella did the basic training at the ight school where Carey worked, Swift Falls Pty Ltd unfortunately named after the small Queensland country town of the same name where the school was located. Three other jumpers did the training morning with Bella. Michael and Tony gave her condence in the adventure. But _S_lgylar seemed agitated, kept interrupting the instructor and, at morning tea, the consensus of the group was that she was \"a loose cannon\". The training covered packing and repacking one 's parachute properly, as well as instructions on what to expect during the jump and how to activate the emergency chute. The students were also informed of a \"no jump, no refund\" policy strictly applied by the school. Bella was going to do a tandem jump with Kent Broadbent who was a highly experienced jumper. This type of jump involves two people jumping out of the plane together under a single chute. Bella looked and felt happy and relaxed because someone else was going to do all the safety procedures and initiate the jump. She could not wait to jump. But it was fair to say that she would not have jumped unless Kent had agreed to jump with her. The afternoon of March 22, 2021 was ne and clear. Bella entered the plane with the rest of the group. It taxied, took off and reached the appropriate altitude in next to no time. For safety reasons covered in the training, Bella and Kent were the rst to jump. However, when the green light to jump lit up the cabin of the plane, _S_kylar shoved her way past Bella and Kent. Kent attempted to restrain _S_ky_la_r. With force and determination, _S_kylar swiped her elbow backwards toward the chest of Kent but missed collecting the chin of Bella instead. Her jaw was not dislocated but it immediately swelled up. _S_ky_la_r jumped out of the plane and deployed her parachute successfully. Bella said to Kent clearly into the mouthpiece of her fully functioning headset that, \"I don't know now. What _S_kylar just did was crazy\". Regaining control of the situation, Kent successfully assisted Michael and Tony to jump from the plane in the correct order and at the proper altitude. After a few minutes, Bella's attitude hardened further and she informed Kent, and Carey, the pilot, that she wanted to return to the ground in the plane. They reminded her of the \"no jump, no refund policy\". She told them after what had happened they should pay her for the experience she had endured. The plane slowly circled around toward the airstrip. Kent said, \"Last chance to jump\". The plane moved into another long are around the airstrip maintaining an altitude still suitable for jumping. \"Last chance\
