Preparation 1 Find the dimensions & important characteristic values for the transistor in the corresponding data-sheet. The collector current shall be varied in a range of Ic = 0.2mA. Calculate the corresponding base currents IB and find a possibility to set these currents by a voltage source that is adjustable in the range of 0 ... 20V. Draw a circuit diagram to plot the transistor current Ic on the Y-axis and the collector emitter voltage UCE on the X-axis of a X-Y recorder.
