The father of an American women killed in Paris terrorist attack sued Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. Alleging the sites knowingly allowed ISIS terrorist to recruit members, raised money, and spread extremist propaganda. The sites defended themselves by saying that their policies prohibit terrorist's recruitment and that when alert to it they quickly remove offending videos why type of lawsuit is criminal of civil?
