The federal government declared agriculture and food processing, including meat processing as essential rquiring workers in those industries to continue to report to work regardles of the rate of Covid 19 infections in their states and communities and the safety precautions or lack thereof in their places of employment. Givent that many of these workers are undocumented how has that affected their access and willingness to access health care, the continuing spreas of the virus and the wholesale and retail cost of beef, pork, chicken. Explain how/why?
