The Federal government is proposing to entice more people to go to community college by making community college "free" to the students. Assume the government program is successful, in that more students go to community college.

Analyze the effect of this program on a "typical" individual student who now attends community college because of free tuition. That is, illustrate the decision of a person that because of the price reduction will now go to community college.
