(Bruno) and farmer (Angela). IC1 refers to Angela's initial reservation

indifference curve, and IC2 to her reservation indifference curve following the introduction of a new legislation.

It is Bruno who makes a take-it-or-leave-it offer, and Angela who either accepts or rejects it. If she rejects the offer, both players must content themselves with their reservation options.
