The film for Analysis is a clip from theMarket Basketdocumentary.WE THE PEOPLE(Market Basket) documents the epic six-week boycott of Massachusetts-based Market Basket supermarket chain in 2014 after beloved CEO Arthur T. Demoulas was deposed by his cousin (Arthur S.), the company's majority shareholder. Market Basket's 25,000 employees and millions of supportive customers boycotted of all 71-stores, turning a billion-dollar corporation on its head.

Your analysis and reflection MUST progress through the stages (3 main sections) below:

1. Analysis - Personal analysis of your chosen organizational issue with applicable course theories, concepts, frames that you identified in the Introduction - The Analysis is 2 parts:
2. Course theories and course concepts discussion (other than frames that you will talk about in the second half of the Analysis)
   • Re-state the main issue before bringing in your chosen associated course theories, concepts
   • Introduce and explain the theories and course concepts, then apply them to the film, supporting discussion through using specific, concrete film examples
3. Framing discussion (Bolman and Deal's 4 frames analysis of structural, human resources, political, symbolic) - Introduce what frames are, what purpose they serve, then identify and introduce your applicable chosen frames. Discuss those frames that you saw in the film (discuss 2) and how they apply to your issue. Support frames discussion with specific, concrete film examples
4. Course of Action - Choose and Introduce the frame(s) that YOU most associate with.
   • State at the beginning if you are framing or re-framing, then tell me your chosen frame(s). Introduce the frame if it is one you have not yet discussed
     • Are you Framing? - Is it a frame(s) that you referred to in the Analysis section?
     • Are you Re-Framing? - Is it the frame(s) that does not exist, could, or should be applied to address the main issue you identified?
   • Once chosen frame is established, support your choice using film examples
   • Course of Action section is your Conclusion, you do not need a Conclusion section
