The final report is an individual opportunity for you to reflect on the CountryManager experience. The report should focus on the most important aspects of your experience managing the marketing for one of the Latin American countries. Each member of the group must develop this report for a different country, the one you actively managed throughout the semester, meaning, there is evidence on the CM environment that you actually entered decisions and rationale for that country throughout the $8$ official periods of the simulation. Your final report may be rejected $($i$.$e$.,$ your report will receive a mark of zero$)$ or your mark on this assignment will receive a $50\%$ reduction if there is no evidence on the CM environment of your individual active management of a country.

Create your report in a Word document to cover at least these points:

$1.$ Highlights of your assigned country target markets and marketing plan as they evolved throughout the simulation $($i$.$e$.,$ original target markets and plan and subsequent modifications$/$additions$)$

$2.$ Your firm$$s performance objectives and actual performance in that country as they evolved throughout the simulation $($i$.$e$.,$ original and revised objectives and performance$)$

$3.$ Key success factors in CountryManager $($i$.$e$.,$ if you were to coach a future student, what would you specifically recommend him$/$her to do to attain a strong market position in the country you managed $-$ please avoid generalities$)$

$4.$ How you left the company positioned for the future in that country $($i$.$e$,$ what are the strengths and weaknesses of your company going forward$)$

$5.$ Important "takeaways" from the simulation experience $($i$.$e$.,$ be specific regarding what you learned, both in terms of hard skills and soft skills AND how these lessons might impact your professional career $-$ please avoid generalities$)$
