The final submission for this course is a Research Paper on Leadership Theory. Instructions: Write a 3-5 page research paper on one of the four leadership styles/theories of your choice. These can be styles/theories discussed in the course in Module 1 or styles/theories that you have found interesting through your own research. Be sure to connect your own philosophy on leadership to the styles/theories you choose. Your paper should include the following components: Adequately summarize the hallmarks of the style/theory and the scholar(s) who developed them Identify and describe the pros and cons of each style/theory Locate and describe examples of how each style/theory appears in today's world (try to find leaders as exemplars of your theory) Make predictions for how the leadership style/theory you chose will be applied in the world going forward (if at all)
