The Final Writing Assignment / Report will be 2 - 5 pages in length. The report will be written from the perspective of an HR Manager for a 400-person company persuading Senior Leadership to adopt an Employee Wellness Program. In doing so, assume that leadership will need a brief introduction of what a Wellness Program entails. Of course, explain why it would be beneficial and site both primary (this would be hypothetical, since you will not have access to primary research) as well as secondary research, in support of your plan.
