The Fine Arts and Real Theatre (FART) Club of the University of the Best Indies plans a trip to an exhibition at the Dank Drollymore Hall in Fridgetown on December 14. The Club books a bus for the purpose from Riders &Walkers Inc. at a price of XDX 1,000.00 and pay a deposit of XDX 400.00 at the time of the booking.

Consider the position of the parties in the following circumstances:

(a) storm conditions on December 14 prevent the bus from travelling to Fridgetown;

(b) the Dank Drolleymore Hall is destroyed by fire on December 13

(c) on the morning of December 14, Walkers & Riders Inc. discover that they have forgotten to renew the road tax on the bus, and do not have another bus available

(d) the coach is involved in an accident half-way to Fridgetown, and the journey cannot be completed.
