Historical information, Organizational policies and performance report. 

a) Describe the purpose of these inputs in the planning stage of the project 

b) Identify possible sources of the information and challenges or constraints that may be expected in obtaining that information

 c) Identify some of the indicators you may use to verify project planning outputs
