* I am conducting a Parametric Analysis on myself. A Parametric Analysis is a type of experiment designed to determine the effects of different "dosages" or amounts of the independent variable being implemented. For example, one can determine what amount of reinforcement is most effective at maintaining or increasing target behaviors. *

For this parametric analysis, I chose the self-monitored behavior of the length of my breaks during my studying time.

1. Operationally define the target behavior

2. Select an appropriate measure

3. Develop a measurement system (how I will take data for this behavior)

4. Evaluate each condition of this analysis

5. List any data collection procedures

6. List the criteria for terminating this analysis (either because it is complete, or because the learner's repertoire cannot withstand continued manipulation).
