The following data (sorethroat.txt)shows the results of a study about Y = whether a patient having surgery with general anesthesia experienced a sore throat on waking ( 0 = no, 1 = yes) as a function of D = duration of the surgery (in minutes) and the T = type of device used to secure the airway (0 = laryngeal mask airway, 1 = tracheal tube). Using this data set, compete the following.

1) Estimate and state a logistic regression model for the probability of a sore throat using duration and device type as explanatory variables without transformations or interactions.

2) Perform LRTs to evaluate the importance of each explanatory variable in the model. Use the Anova() function in your calculations. Make sure to fully state the hypotheses.

3) Interpret the explanatory variables in the model through the use of odds ratios and their corresponding 95% Wald confidence intervals. For the duration variable, use c = 20.
