Electronic invoicing: The WAWF system is the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports, as authorized by DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports Base: Option Option II: 1 October 2015-30 September 2016 October 2016- 30 September 2017 October 2017-30 September 2018 The Contractor shall provide call center, web, and email support in accordance with the following response times: Emergency response support within thirty (30) minutes of notification for down systems Critical support within one (1) hour for systems that have severe issues significantly affecting functionality. Major support within eight (8) hours for issues that require SME expertise but do not have a major impact on critical systems Minor support within one (1) working day for system questions about functionality.
