The following Emergency Action Plan is written for Acme General Contractors, Inc, and is in accordance with Title 29 CFR 1926.35. In order to ensure plan requirements are met and all necessary resources are obtained, the lead foreman from Acme General must be consulted and the plan reviewed and signed by both the Controlling Employer and the Environmental Health and Safety Professional on site.
