Go to law.cornell.edu (or codes.ndlaw.com), nd the NYS Estates, Powers and Trusts law and read the section on intestate succession, i.e., who inherits your property if you don't have a Will. Submit a written paper on Blackboard answering the following questions: 1. If you have no Will, which relatives would inherit your property if you died today? 2. Assume your aunt and everyone who would inherit before her are deceased. If you have no Will, who inherits your property now? 3. Do you still think you don't need a Will? Why or why not
