  1. Cash balance on 31st May will be Rs. 40,000.
  2. The wages are paid within the month they are incurred.
  3. The company pays creditors for materials two months after the month of purchase.
  4. Debtors are expected to pay two months after delivery.
  5. Overhead expenses are paid in the same month.
  6. 20% of the monthly sales are for cash and 80 % are sold on credit.
  7. It is decided to repay a loan of Rs. 11,000 on June and Rs 4,000 on August.
  8. A Plant was purchased at Rs 40,000 on April. The payment schedule is: Rs 10,000 to be paid as down payment in April, and the remaining amount in 3 equal instalments in the next three months.

You are required to prepare a cash budget for each of the three months of June, July and August.
