- The wages are paid within the month they are incurred.
- The company pays creditors for materials two months after the month of purchase.
- Debtors are expected to pay two months after delivery.
- Overhead expenses are paid in the same month.
- 20% of the monthly sales are for cash and 80 % are sold on credit.
- It is decided to repay a loan of Rs. 11,000 on June and Rs 4,000 on August.
- A Plant was purchased at Rs 40,000 on April. The payment schedule is: Rs 10,000 to be paid as down payment in April, and the remaining amount in 3 equal instalments in the next three months.
