Required:

1. Create a new work sheet (KWh-Q3), and enter previous data in it.
2. Use (IF) function to determine to which class each subscriber follows.
3. Use (IF) function to calculate consumption cost for each subscriber.
4. Use (COUNTIF) function to calculate the number of subscriber that belongs to each class.
5. Use (SUMIF) function to calculate the total consumption cost for each class.
