Feb 15 An interim dividend of 15c per share is declared and paid.

April 30 DiMeo Investments Ltd transferred $200 000 from retained earnings to the general reserve.

June 30 Declared a final dividend of 10c per share. Profit (after tax) was determined to be $400 000.
