Additional information :

Net asset releases from donor restriction totalled 455,000. The gain resulting from sales of investment was unrestricted. Twenty percent of the unrealized gained is related to the net asset restricted for programs, with the remainder related to net asset and without donor restrictions.

Additional information is as follows : A) The balance in cash and cash equivalent as of July 1st was 796,620. B) Tuition and fees receivable increased by 12,670. C) pledges receivable decrease by 1,940 D) Allowance for doubtful debt accounts was increased by 940(the bad debt was netted against tuition and fees)

E) Account payable decrease by 3,580 F) Accrued liability decreased by 1,410. G) unearned revenues increased by 7,820 H) Depreciation expenses was 37,880 I) cash of 138,000 was used to retire bonds. J) investment were sold for 2,070,000 (at gain of 71700) and other were purchased for 1,725,000 K) Net asset without donor restrictions were used to purchase equipment at cost of 45,600.
