Ensure to upload the raw project file, the PDF export of the Gantt Chart, the PDF Network Diagram, as well as the PDF export of the Resource Sheet, as provided on the chosen software you use. 40marks
- Budget
Develop the project time-phased budget (using the estimated project cost you developed in Assignment #1, or a revised version), in line with the timeline derived from the Gantt Chart of the project obtained in question 2 above. Ensure to add the risk mitigation cost from Assignment #2, as well as an estimated management reserve, to your project budget. 30marks
