Presentation Outline:

• Cover slide with project title, class, your name (1 slide)
• Identify the Problem, Need or Opportunity (1 or 2 slides)
  • Introduce the project topic - Explain why you chose this topic?
• Discuss the project plan (6 to 7 slides)
  • Who are the key players during your project?
  • Explain your WBS, Network Diagram, Gantt charts and Communication schedule.
  • Talk about the risks and risk management.
  • Discuss budget and costs
• Closing summary (1 or 2 slides)
• References (1 slide)
