QUESTION IV - DIRECTORS' DUTIES The Directors of a company are responsible for the management and running of the company on behalf of the owners (Shareholders). This relationship of trust means that the directors have duties to act in the best interests of the owners. Please discuss the four basic DUTIES DIRECTORS have provide a description of each of these duties as well as the types of liability a director might have if he or she fails to fulfill one of these duties. QUESTION V - TYPES OF LEGAL SYSTEM While there are several types of legal system in the world, we discussed three main types of legal system that currently dominate in the world and focused our discussion on the two of these that are most common.
