The 'Mid$\_$band' Lamp should light up green only when the current input value is greaterthan $2000$ and less$-$than$-$or$-$equal$-$to $4000.$

The 'High$\_$band' Lamp should light up green only when the current input value is greater than $4000.$

The model is run and the following error occurs $($both the High$\_$band and Low$\_$band lights light up when frequency value is $4177).$
