For this task you will require access to and the use of examples of project schedules, reports and feedback from project stakeholders regarding time management. For this task you are to complete the following activity to demonstrate your ability to manage project time on at least two (2) occasions, To prepare for the task on each occasion, complete the following steps to determine the project schedule: 1. Utilising textual information from a range of sources. develop and document a work breakdown structure for the project, ensuring to include sufficient detail to enable effective planning and control. 2. Estimate for the tasks the duration and effort, sequence and dependencies required to achieve the project deliverables. 3. Using project scheduling tools and techniques, identify the schedule impact on project time management, resource requirements, costs and risks. 4. In consultation with relevant others contribute to achieving an agreed schedule baseline, and communicate this to the stakeholders. Perform the following steps to implement the project schedule on each occasion: 5. According to the agreed schedule, implement mechanisms to measure. record and report the progress of activities. 6. Using the implemented mechanisms, conduct ongoing analysis to identify any baseline variance. 7. Analyse and forecast the impact of changes to the schedule. Provide the documented analysis and forecasts. 8. Throughout the project life cycle. review progress, implementing agreed schedule changes as required. 9. Identify potential or actual schedule changes, and develop and implement responses to these to maintain the project objectives. Assess the time management outcomes through the following actions: 10. Review the schedule performance records to determine the effectiveness of the time management activities, identifying and documenting the time management issues encountered, and recommending improvements for future project management
