The Freedom Convoy (Trucker Convoy to some) descended on Ottawa in February of 2022 demanding an end to vaccine requirements particularly for cross-border truckers. However, the United States maintained its vaccine requirement for months after and the Canadian-centered protest has not had its demands met (yet).
