The French Neoclassical school discovered that, in most instances of a decline in the price of some basic need or want, people ("consumers'): Question 51 options: Take the savings as consumer's surplus (or "bang for buck"). Buy more and continue reaping consumer's surplus up to some minimum price. Buy the same amount, unconsciously boosting their consumer's surplus. Buy more and continue reaping consumer's surplus until the price approaches zero. Purchase less, and reap even more consumer's surplus
