There are plenty of examples of deceptive advertising online, but the goal is to get you to become more critical consumers by spotting potential deceptive advertising on your own-a process that will also help if you ultimately run a business, too, Analyze the advertisement and determine whether it is in or out of compliance with the Act in your opinion, including what additional information you would need to make a final determination. For example, how would a reasonable person understand the advertisement? What are the advertisement's express and implied claims? Were these claims material? Would the advertisement likely lead the reasonable consumer to a misimpression about the product? Is there any sign that there is sufficient evidence to support the claims
