Change Management, the focus of this week's module, seeks organizational results and outcomes by engaging employees and inspiring them to adopt a new way of working. The discussion board asks you to comment on any aspect of these 2 modules--do you think businesses have a role to play in improving the world through inclusiveness? Do you think that is realistic? Do you think they can make a contribution to that, or do you think that is not the role of business? Explain your opinion on that.
