The Global Fund's primary mission is to decrease HIV/AIDS, malaria, and tuberculosis by coordinating and funding projects of other organizations in low- and middle-income nations. It has no in staff in a given country, which makes monitoring of how funds are being spent impossible. As such, a major limitation of the Global Fund's approach to improving health is
