The goal of the project is to organize a conference in college . Researchers from diffrent countries would gather together and discuss the latest breakthroughs in the areas of technology trends . Due to covid 19 restrictions still being in place in lots of countries , the conference is planned to be held in hybrid form (virtual and inperson) Estimate what RISKS are there for our project to organize conference , estimate the likely hood of each risk , potential impact of each risk and outline plans on how to deal with each potential risks
