The goal of this exercise is to discover a news article that mentions an organization that has encountered a communication issue that is related to ethics. 

Describe the circumstances under which the incident occurred, how the organization made its decision in relation to the incident, as well as the reactions of the public and the media in relation to the decision made by the organization concerning the incident.
Suppose you're the professional that the organization has hired to work on strengthening its communication efforts, and you've been selected to do so as a result. Describe at least four strategies which you think the organization should pursue in order to improve the ethics of communication in the future to make the communication within the organization a more open and honest communication.
