The goal of this memo is to inform your reader about cases that the Supreme Court will be hearing this term. Your memo should address the following information, and it should do so in no more than one page, doublespaced:

1. After reviewing a list of cases before the Court this term, which two are you most interested in, and why? What are these cases about?
2. What constitutional issues and principles are at the center of each case? (e.g., freedoms listed in the Bill of Rights, presidential authority, federal elections, etc.)
3. Do you have a sense of how the justices might vote in each case? What factors might we look to in order to make such a guess?
