The goal of this project is to design a before-after research design case study. A before-and-after case study describes a single example of a phenomenon or experience involving an individual, group, institutional, or social responses before and after an event of interest. Completion of a before-and-after case study could do some or all of the following: deepen the understanding of aspects of the before period of the case study; identify the pivotal event(s); and clarify the changes in the after period. Thus, in this research study you are the case study and you will be comparing your 1st diet "cronometer.com" website data report (Baseline/before data) results to your 2nd diet "cronometer.com" website data report results (after manipulation data)
