b. Test the government claim by using hypothesis testing. Comment on your findings.

c. The government also believes that there is no digital divide between the north of England (North East and North West combined) and London. This view is challenged by various local governments in the north of England who claim that the proportion of households connected to the internet is lower than in London. Test this hypothesis and report on your findings.
