The Government of Ghana (GoG) seeks to embark on a project called C-GH. C-GH is targeted at starting on the 15th of April, 2021 and it is projected to last for a period of Five (5) years. GoG is determined to enhance communication across the country, most especially to the rural settlements. The C-GH will allow for multiple computers and peripheral devices to connect to each other to share information and resources, and the residual applications is identified to be enormous and beneficial to: schools, financial agencies, telecommunication companies, health facilities, etc. This project is a World Bank funded project worth $21 million when completed, it is estimated that many more companies would spread across the country instead of the usual overly concentrated big cities of Ghana, and this is likely to evenly spread development across the nation. The likely design concerns at the network layer, iv. What is needed for different entities to communicate, name two well-known data transport protocols provided by the Internet Transport Layer, provide a brief description of each service and indicate what type of application might use that service, v. Explain five different ways the nationwide network can be applied by the agencies, vi. Outline five factors that can affect the transmission of data across the nation and vii. Finally, clearly explain the TCP/IP protocol model and the ISO-OSI model to your stakeholders
